Project Scope

Perform a structural investigation of existing house foundation to address inspector list of concern.

Project Details 

• Investigated the existing foundations below the home additions. Two of the additions were entryway decks that were enclosed and one was a living room addition built on typical CMU wall and concrete strip footing.
• Investigated the hole created through the existing foundation adjacent to the living room addition
• Investigated the cracking in the CMU skirting around the entryway deck that was enclosed
• Provided owner report with results of the investigation and structural calculations.
